Essential information required for query resolution

During this busy period, we would appreciate your support in providing us essential information which enables the Agency Support team to action your query at our first point of contact.

We will endeavour to prioritise where possible and by using the suggested titles, this will allow us to offer a greater level of support.

 

For the following email categories, please use the titles provided below:

  • For Profiles  -  “Profile request”
  • For retrospectives – “Retrospective request”
  • For Logins – “Logins request”
  • For Ward moves – “Ward moves request”
  • For Timesheets authorisation  - “TS Authorisation”

 

Please find below essential information required when submitting the following types of requests. Ensure you have provided these details within your email:

 

Profile request:

  • Name of worker
  • NI
  • Registration body, pin and expiry (If applicable)
  • Email address for timesheet release
  • Assignment code
  • Trust

 

Retrospective bookings:

Please include a completed retrospective form and signed Timesheet (If applicable). The retrospective booking form template can be found on the agency management page.

 

Login request:

Please ensure you specify which system this is for and include full name and email address of the consultant that requires the login.

For NHSP:Online there are 2 login types:

  1. Agency User (AU) – Bookings, add and edit profiles, timesheets and booking status.
  2. Agency rate administrator (ARA) – Add and view rate cards, Add and view self-billing agreements – This login can only be requested by a director within the business.

 

Ward moves:

State the original booking details – You will find this in the Timesheet section on NHSP:Online. Please state clearly which ward you require it changing to.
